Three rooms for rent in a modern, furnished, shared 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment 92 m2 in size. All 3 sunny rooms are exterior and include double beds. Located in the Maria Luisa neighborhood, Real Betis fans will love that it is within walking distance of Benito Villamarin Stadium and students will enjoy its proximity to University of Sevilla Mercedes campus. Student, football fan or not tenants will enjoy being able to beat the Andalusian heat with the apartment’s pool access and AC. Virgen del Rocio serves as the closest train station.
What we liked the most
- Tenants will have access to the common pool; a detail that will be much appreciated during the notorious summer months of Seville!
- The apartment has a modern look.
- All rooms come with double beds for tenants to stretch out after a long day.
- The flat comes with a balcony to enjoy the sunshine- and trust us, you will have a lot of this in this city!
- The apartment comes with A/C to cool off during those hot Sevilla summers.
- The Mercedes Campus of the University of Seville is located nearby, making the apartment ideal for students.
