- The neighborhood of Triana is one of the most authentic and exciting areas of Seville. It is full of bars and tapas bars, so tenants will never be bored!
- The apartment is spacious; with 80 m2 to be shared among three people, tenants will have a lot of independence.
- The apartment is beautifully decorated. The living room, in particular, is furnished with sleek furniture.
- There is an A/C unit in the living room to keep tenants cool during the summer months.
