Located in the heart of Sevilla along Callejon Nardo, this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom exterior apartment is at the center of it all. The neighborhood in which it nestles, Santa Cruz, is full of historical monuments and tenants will love getting lost in the beautiful labyrinth streets emblematic of Seville. With various bus and metro lines in close proximity, getting around the city will be effortless with this property as a base. The bedrooms for rent are luminous and well-furnished; the apartment itself is very sunny and has a big common area where tenants can pass time with their roommates. The A/C unit in the living room will surely be a much-appreciated detail during the summer months! The total area of the property is 90 m2.

What we liked the most

  • The living room receives a lot of sunlight. Tenants will not need to turn on lights during the day!
  • There are two bathrooms with bathtubs for four rooms, so tenants won't fight over bathroom time.
  • Bedroom 1 has its own balcony.
  • The common areas (kitchen and living room) are welcoming spaces where tenants can hang out with their room mates or relax with friends.
  • The apartment building has a common rooftop from where you can see the Cathedral!
  • There is an A/C unit in the living room to keep tenants nice and cool during the hot summer months of Seville.
