The neighborhood is best known for housing the Basilica of Nuestra Señora de la Esperanza Macarena and it is a lively one, especially during the Holy Week festivities. The apartment for rent is very luminous and well-distributed; there is a balcony where tenants can store extra luggage and a spacious living room to relax in after a long day at work or school. All bills are included in the rental price, so budgeting will be easy for tenants of this 70 m2 flat!
