This vibrant neighborhood is known to be one of the most authentic area in Seville and local residents proudly refer to themselves as "Trianeros". The room for rent is very spacious and well-furnished; there is an A/C unit inside the room, so tenants will not have to worry about the notorious hot summers of Seville. Located 13 minutes from the University of Sevilla, this room will be a perfect choice for those studying in this exciting city!
What we liked the most
- The bedroom is extremely spacious and well-furnished; there are built-in shelves, multiple seats, and a big couch that turns into a bed.
- There is an exterior facing balcony decorated with potted plants. Though the street is busy, the glass doors are double paned so tenants will not be bothered by noise.
- The kitchen is very spacious and has a dining table and 2 refrigerators to store all your food!
- The bedroom for rent has an A/C unit, so tenants will be nice and cool during the hot summer months.
Things to keep in mind
- The tenant has the option to use the wardrobe in the hallway.
- There is no living room, but the bedroom has a couch and coffee table for tenants to host friends.
