Spotahome's opinion
This exterior property is very close to the Biology and Maths Departments of the Universidad de Sevilla. There is currently one bedroom available that has a single bed and a view out onto the street below. The kitchen has a lot of counter space for you to prepare your food and try out your culinary talents! The common spaces have lots of light given that they all look over an interior light well. The apartment is 90m2.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen has a lot of counter space, so there is plenty of space to prepare food.
- The property is very close to many of academic buildings.
- The bedroom has its own heating and A/C unit right above the bed.
Things to keep in mind
- The common areas look out onto an interior light well.
- You may have to move the armchair in the bedroom in order to better access the closet.
