The living room opens up onto a small balcony, letting in plenty of fresh air, and has an AC unit, perfect for summer. There is also 1 full bathroom to share.
The apartment on Calle Gutiérrez de Alba is located in El Tardón area of Triana. At the back of the lively neighborhood, this area is very residential and normally home to locals who have been living here for generations. If your goal is to immerse yourself in Spanish culture, you will have no problem here.
