This large 5-bedroom apartment with rooms for rent is quiet and peaceful. Entering the apartment, you'll find the modern kitchen directly to your right. There you can find all the cooking utensils already stored away, plus a stove, oven, microwave and big dining table for you to share your meals on with flatmates. There are 3 shared bathrooms in this apartment containing showers, bathtubs, sinks and mirrors - they are all spotlessly clean and perfect for relaxing or washing before heading for a night out in Seville!
This apartment is only a 10-15 minute bus ride away from the University of Seville and nearest Metro station. Located on Calle Monte Carmelo, this busy little street is lined with residential apartment blocks with small, independent stores on the ground floor. The nearest supermarket is Tiendas ná!, a grocery store just around the corner on Calle Fernando IV. You can also find several restaurants nearby including Tijuana Tex Mex, a Mexican restaurant and Sloppy Joe's, a fast food restaurant serving great pizza.

- There are 3 bathrooms so you won't ever have to squabble with flatmates over who's turn it is!
- The apartment is very large, with bedrooms 2 and 3 down a long corridor - the apartment is therefore very quiet and offers lots of privacy.
- There is a lot of storage space around the apartment and in the bedrooms for storing all your belongings.
- Most rooms have windows onto the interior patio so you can let in the fresh air!
