There are rooms for rent in this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with a generous 90 m² footprint on Calle Conde de Cifuentes in Nervión. The living room and kitchen are both roomy, and well-equipped with all the essentials, while the bathrooms are modern and tidy.
This apartment is opposite a large park where you can find the Real Alcázar de Sevilla, and the Christopher Columbus Monument. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and the Plaza de España is only a 15-minute walk away.

- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- The University of Seville is only a 10-minute walk away.
- The large living room is a great place to relax with your flatmates.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
