This 85 m², 3-bedroom apartment with rooms available to rent is tucked away on a pedestrian street in Los Remedios. The apartment comes fully furnished and has lots of cozy decor chosen by the live-in landlords. Tenants will have a private bathroom to share, but will share the kitchen and living room with the landlords. The available bedrooms are quite spacious and also come with a personal television, creating a comfortable place to relax.
Los Remedios is across the river from Seville's historical center, but is well-connected by bus and metro. On days when you are not in a rush, you can take a nice stroll over the bridge to reach the center in about 15 minutes. On Calle Ánimas, you have the perfect balance of a quiet residence near lots of shops. The apartment is on a residential block with pedestrian streets, but you have the popular shopping streets Avendia de la República Argentina and Calle Asunción within 5 minutes of the apartment.
