This 4-bedroom apartment in Nervión, Sevilla is bright and comfortable. The balcony is a major bonus, allowing for a lot of natural light into the space, making it feel bigger. The living spaces have furniture for hosting guests, and the four bedrooms are fully furnished with adequate storage space.
Nervión is a modern area of Sevilla and is very budget-friendly, while remaining generally well-connected to the rest of the city. The property is also very close to the Sevilla FC home stadium, so if you like football this is a great option for you. The Nervión plaza shopping centre is also nearby, for a stress-free shopping experience.
What we liked the most
- The property has a lovely balcony overlooking the street!
- The living areas are spacious, so having guests over is no problem.
- Commuting to and from the property is very accessible.
