This large 4-bedroom house in the Nervion district of Seville, has spacious rooms available to rent to couples and individuals. The 120 m² house has a huge living room furnished with 3 large couches, a dining table, and flat-screen TV. The kitchen with an L-shaped breakfast bar looks into the living room, making it easy to cook and chat with your housemates. There are 2 full bathrooms and a laundry room.
On Calle Antonio de Solís, you are in a more residential area of Nervion with quiet streets and big houses. You are still very well-connected to the city by bus, metro, and bikes, but can even walk to the city center in less than 30 minutes. You are conveniently located a 10 minute walk from the Nervión Plaza shopping center and the Seville FC's Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán football stadium.
What we liked the most
- You have a spacious front patio that is a great place to enjoy cool nights.
- There is AC in the living room – a necessity for Seville summers.
- Bedroom 4 has 2 wardrobes and a ceiling fan.
- You are in a quiet area, but well-connected to the city center.
- The location is ideal for students 15 minutes to several Universidad de Sevilla campuses and 30 minutes to the Universidad de Pablo de Olavide.
Things to keep in mind
- All the rooms are interior and do not get much natural light.
- Couples are allowed, so you may be living with up to 7 other people.
