The apartment is bright and cheerful, with an open plan kitchen and living area, with a sofa and a TV, plus electic stove, and microwave. This room has AC. There is a balcony that overlooks the narrow pedestrian street. The bathroom is modern and fully tiled, and has a shower, a washbasin, and a toilet.
You will be living in a great area of the city, full of narrow streets lined with shops, cafes, restaurants and tabernas. Espacio Metropol Parasol is a couple of minute's walk, and has a market, along with lots of bars and restaurants. There is lots to see and do in the area, with many of the city's most famous sights within a short walk. The University of Seville is about a 25-minute walk through picturesque streets, passing the Catedral de Sevilla on the way.

What we liked the most
- The open-plan kitchen / living area is very nice, and bright, and has a lovely balcony to people-watch.
- You will have AC, a necessity in the sweltering Seville summer.
- The area is fantastic for people new to the city, within a short walk of many of the most famous sights, and surrounded by bars and restaurants, to soak up the atmosphere.
