A room with a double bed is available for rent in this 2-bedroom apartment shared with the live-in landlord. The apartment has a living room with large sofa and flat-screen TV, a separate dining room, a fully equipped kitchen including an oven and a washing machine, and plenty of storage space, and a bathroom with a shower.
The apartment is in a residential area, but as is usual in Spain, there are a multitude of bars and restaurants within a short walk, particularly at the nearby Alameda de Hércules, where you will also find shopping. You will also live within a short walk of Isla Mágica, Seville's theme park.
What we liked the most
- Only a short walk across the river is Seville's premiere theme Park.
- You get to live with the dog, Tolo.
- The apartment is fully furnished with everything you will need.
- The beautiful riverside Jardines del Guadalquivir are nearby.
Things to keep in mind
- You must be ok to live with a dog, as the live-in landlord owns one.
