Ensuite room for rent, suitable for men only, in a 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment with balcony close to Los Remedios. The large 220m2 apartment is fully furnished and beautifully decorated, complete with large communal areas, shared with the live-in landlady who uses the apartment as her psychology office.
The apartment is just a short walk from Parque de los Principes metro station as well as the same-named park. The apartment is close to several public transportation services allowing easy access to central attractions.
What we liked the most

- The apartment building has a community swimming pool.
- Air conditioning is available in the apartment.
