There is a large park located 18 minutes from the flat - a pleasant place to relax during summer. The property boasts a large, open plan living, kitchen and dining area which is equipped with comfortable furniture, modern appliances and interesting artwork. There is 1 luxurious bathroom that will be shared with the live-in landlords.

The tenant will be sharing this property with the live-in landlords who are very joyful and dynamic. Carolina is Spanish, and Alessandro is Italian and both are in their 30s. Both landlords enjoy travelling and experiencing different cultures and between them they speak Spanish, English, Italian and a little French. In their spare time they enjoy organic cooking, music, cinema and gardening, and they like to escape from city life by going to the beach, playing golf and sometimes going to bars in the city centre.
