Located in Palmete, this new 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom duplex apartment is beautifully decorated. This area of Seville is a mix of student, residential, and business, and its transportation network make it an attractive choice for everyone. The apartment for rent is divided into two floors and is an absolute gem: from the spacious, completely equipped kitchen to the beautifully decorated living room, tenants will love coming home at the end of the day to relax. The bedroom is located on the bottom floor and has a big bed and an equally big walk-in closet. The apartment uses a vibrant yet sophisticated color scheme and you'll see vibrant colors mixed with dark brown and black all around. All in all, this 70 m2, 1 bedroom property is makes for a great home and is ideal for couples, as it offers plenty of space and luxury with its efficient layout.
What we liked the most
- The flat is a combination of rustic and modern, with vibrant colors and sleek furniture mixed with beamed ceilings.
- The living room is furnished with a big flat-screen TV and an oval-shaped cupboard to keep your drinks or snacks.
- The kitchen is very spacious and there is a window that looks into the living room. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a modern oven, and tenants will have plenty of tools and counterspace to cook up a nice meal!
- The closet is HUGE! You'll have to go shopping to fill up all the space!
Things to keep in mind
- There is a small room for laundry and storage where you can find a cabinet to store cleaning supplies.
- The bathroom upstairs only has a toilet and a sink. There is another bathroom is located in the bedroom (en-suite) equipped with a bathtub.
