This beautiful 1-bedroom apartment for rent, with 1 bathroom, has been recently renovated, offering a modern and comfortable living space. This exterior apartment has a floor area of 40 m², and has a small but functional kitchen, allowing you to cook your meals at home.
The apartment is in a great central location on Guadaira street, in the neighborhood of San Bernardo, very close to the local market and within walking distance to the city centre. There are also several bus lines serving the area, a train station within a two-minute walk, and a metro and tram station approximately 10 minutes away, allowing you to easily get to the different corners of the city.
What we liked the most
- The open plan kitchen and living area is spacious and beautifully decorated. It features a dining table with three chairs, a storage cabinet and a bookcase.
- The bedroom is silent as it is located at the back of the flat, facing an interior patio rather than the road. It is furnished with two single beds, giving you the option of keeping them separate or putting them together to create a large double bed.
- The bathroom is very modern and has a storage cabinet under the sink, providing you with a practical space to keep towels or body care products.
- Wi-fi is already installed in the apartment, allowing you to get in touch with family and friends as soon as you move in to your new home.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no TV in the apartment at the moment, but the owner said he will provide one in the near future.
- The kitchen doesn't have an oven, but there is an electric stove and a microwave where you can cook your meals.
- There is no washing machine in the apartment, but there is a laundry shop within close proximity.
