This four-bedroom, one-bathroom exterior apartment is located on Calle Guadarrama in Sevilla’s Barrio de Santa Cruz, part of the city’s Casco Antiguo (Historical Center). This apartment is ideal for students at the Universidad de Sevilla Ramón y Cajal campus as well as the Facultad de Ciencias de la Educación, the Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales, the Campus Pirotecnia, and the EUSA Campus Universitario. In addition, the apartment has access to both the bus and Metro. The are of the apartment is 105 m2.
What we liked the most
- Some of the bedrooms have twin beds, meaning that more than four people can rent the apartment
- The apartment has A/C, ideal for hot Sevilla summers
- There’s a nice balcony that’s perfect all-year round as it is contained
- There’s a huge kitchen with plenty of room for cooking
