A cozy 1-bedroom apartment is available for rent in Plaza Anita, Train. The main door opens out onto the Plaza Anita, a highlight of the Triana neighborhood. When walking into the apartment, you will see the dining and living areas, the kitchen, and the stairs. Near the entrance, you’ll find a huge standalone wardrobe. Moving onto the living room, you’ll find a comfortable couch and large storage cabinet. There is also a nice flatscreen TV and A/C unit. The sofa is right next to the dining table, which has an extra chair. The fully equipped kitchen is nestled away in the corner and has a nice countertop with two chairs, a fridge, stovetop, and microwave - perfect for preparing meals with friends. The kitchen also has plenty of storage for food! In the bathroom, you’ll find a storage closet, a toilet, a standup shower, a sink, the washing machine, and a convenient laundry hamper. Upstairs, you’ll find the lofted bedroom with a large double bed and two night tables with lamps.`
Triana is the heart and soul of Seville. Filled with young people and creative artists, this is the place to come and have some tapas. Right around Plaza Anita, you’ll find plenty of bars included Bar Madera, a local favorite. Living here also means living near the Parque Vega de Triana, right along the Guadalquivir River. Conveniently, a Día Supermarket is located nearby! It doesn't get any better than Triana.
What we liked the most
- The location is fantastic - Triana is one of the funnest parts of Seville.
- The apartment is small and cozy - great for one or two tenants.
- There are large storage closets!
- We love how the front door opens out to the square.
Things to keep in mind
- If you're tall, you might have issues with the lofted bedroom!
- Homechecker Ana said that it is a good place for short stays.
