You will love to call this gorgeous 1-bedroom apartment your new home. It is bright and beautifully decorated, with wood furnishings and sleek tile floors. There is an open concept living room and kitchen area, where the large window at the end of the room fills this space with natural sunlight. In the living room, you will find a comfortable sofa, an elegant wooden coffee table and cabinet, and a flat screen television.
Here, you can really take advantage of the sunny and warm Seville weather with the swimming pool and paddle ball court that are on this property. If that's not enough water for you, the B4 bus located right outside this building will take you directly to Aquopolis Sevilla in just 30 minutes, where you can splash around and fly down the 90 metre water slides all day long! There are also plenty of things to do and places to eat and drink within walking distance of this apartment, such as the Restaurante La Monella, which you can walk to in just 2 minutes.
What we liked the most
- The swimming pool and paddle ball court are fantastic features to have right at home!
- The light colour combinations paired with the large window make this a bright and happy space.
- This apartment is in a great location where you can walk to a supermarket in just 1 minute, and you will also find a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars within 5 minutes walking.
