This sunny and spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment available to rent is located on Calle Arjona in Seville Centro. The 100 m² apartment has well-sized rooms with plenty of storage space and a double living room that opens up onto a big balcony. The living room is divided into a sitting area with a couch and TV and a dining area with a large wooden table. The kitchen comes equipped for shared living with a refrigerator, extra freezer, and dishwasher.
If your prefer big avenues and taller buildings, the apartment on Calle Arjona is a great choice! This is one of the most trafficked avenues of Seville, but is located just minutes from the Casco Antiguo, with its narrow cobblestone streets. You are also right next to Seville's beloved Guadalquivir River – the perfect place to lay in the grass and spend one of many sun-filled Seville days. In a central location you can walk everywhere, so you will get plenty of exercise.
What we liked the most
- There are AC units – the only way to survive Seville summers.
- The windows block out the street noise.
- You are a short walk away from the city center and the charming Triana neighborhood.
- Cross the street and check out La Chunga; they take patatas bravas to a whole new level.
- The trendy Mercado Lonja del Barranco is just down the street and has a great international mix of food stands.
Things to keep in mind
- Not all the bedrooms have AC and heating.
