A bedroom is available for rent in this apartment. Originally a 3-bedroom apartment, the landlord desires to only rent one room (bedroom 1). The other rooms will remain locked, and for the use of the landlord. This means that you will have sole use of the cozy kitchen and spacious living room, which are separated from the bedrooms. The living room doubles as the main dining room and has large windows which keep it filled with light. The equipped kitchen has plenty of cupboards and has an attached laundry room.
The apartment is located in the residential neighborhood of Pino Montano. Although a little on the outskirts, you can easily reach the city center by bus. A family-friendly neighborhood you have plenty of corner shops, stores, and bars within walking distance. If in need of some trees, Alamillo and Miraflores parks are just a bike ride away.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has large windows and receives plenty of natural light.
- The property is equipped with central heating and AC, which will be appreciated in the winter and summer months.
- Your bedroom has access to its own en-suite bathroom.
- The living room is fully furnished with a large couch, coffee table, dining table, large TV stand and flat-screen TV.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, electric stove, oven, and a lot of storage space.
- There is a laundry room attached to the kitchen equipped with the washing machine and the dishwasher.
- You have buses that take you directly to the city center, including a night bus.
