In Nomentano, this 40 m² studio available to rent is perfect for 1 or 2 people. Despite being a studio, the kitchen, living room, and bedroom areas are in different spacex, making it feel bigger and cozier. The door opens up into the living room with a couch, storage space, and a flat-screen TV. There is a large storage unit that separates it from the bedroom area that has beautiful wallpaper, high ceilings, and a cozy double bed. There is a small step that leads to the fully equipped eat-in kitchen that also opens up onto a spacious terrace.
Nomentano is a district located outside the historical center but is right next door about 15 minutes away. On Via Foggia, you have 2 Metro stops nearby, several bus stops, and lots of shops and amenities. You also have the large Villa Torlonia park nearby, which is a great place for a picnic or to do exercise.
What we liked the most
- The large patio is an ideal place to enjoy sunny days.
- There is an AC unit to keep you cool during summer.
- We love how the spaces are have some separation.
- You are well-connected by Metro.
