This chic 55 m² studio apartment with 1-bathroom is for rent on Via Fonteiana in Monteverde. There is a double bed, and the living area has a sofa and table and chairs. The kitchen also comes with everything you need to cook, and the bathroom is similarly well-equipped with a shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
The Villa Doria Pamphili is a 15-minute walk away, and is a great place to explore on your days off. There is a supermarket and pharmacy within a 5-minute walk, and there are several other shops further along Via Fonteiana.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- There is a dishwasher in the kitchen so you don't need to spend too long cleaning up.
- There is heating and AC to keep you comfortable year round.
- There is a garden for you to relax in which can be accessed through the living area.
- There are plenty of windows thoughout this apartment to let in plenty of natural light.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
- There is no parking available at this apartment.
