This chic 50 m² studio apartment is for rent on Via Angelo Poliziano in Centro Storico. The double bed is upstairs in the loft bedroom, while the combined kitchen and living room has an oven and large sofa as well as a TV.
The Parco Del Colle Oppio and the Giardini Nicola Calipari are both within a 15-minute walk of this apartment. There is also a supermarket just down the road, as well as a few restaurants and other stores.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The bathroom is modern and has a shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is a reception at the apartment building.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- The University of Notre Dame Du Lac is just over a 10-minute walk away.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only one shared bathroom.
- There is no washing machine or dryer in the apartment, but there is a laundromat within a 15-minute walk.
