This modern studio apartment on Viale Giorgio Cingoli, in Casal Bruciato, is 40 m² and comes equipped with central heating and AC. The fully furnished property opens out onto a gorgeous enclosed terrace, and has a sofa bed, private bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment is located in a very tranquil area, away from the hustle and bustle of central Rome. The Galleria Commerciale Auchan Casalbertone shopping centre is a 15-minute walk away, and you will find a supermarket and other basic amenities nearby.
What we liked the most
- The terrace has a table and chairs for a meal outdoors.
