This studio apartment with a huge balcony is available for rent in the west of Rome. The bedroom and living area has a double bed, a table and chairs for dining, and a sofa with a coffee table. There is also a fully equipped kitchen. Recently renovated, the interior is modern and spotless. The pièce de résistance though, is without a doubt the terrace, which is incredibly large and has 2 shaded outside dining areas and several sofas and chairs.
The local area is primarily residential, but the just down the road you'll find Piazza Pio IX, which has several plenty of local shopping, as well as several bars and restaurants. Hospitals Gemelli and Cristo Re are close by, as is the Università Cattolica. Buses from nearby head towards central Rome, and pass by stations on Metro line MEA.
What we liked the most
- We love the huge terrace! It's the perfect space for a barbecue with some good friends.
- The apartment has been recently renovated, so all the fittings and furnishings are new.
- There is A/C in the main room, a real boon in the hot Roman summer.
- The local area is quiet and calm, but you can still find useful shops nearby.
