This cosy and modern apartment, which has AC, is available to rent on Via Ugo Bignami. The living area is furnished with a sofa bed, a flat screen TV and a dining table while it is made nice and bright from a large window and has some beautiful artwork on the wall. The kitchen comes equipped with what you need to cook and there is a large wardrobe where you can store your clothes.
The apartment is located in a peaceful residential area where you will be close to the vast and beautiful park Quartiere XIV Trionfale. There are some shops and restaurants close by and, thanks to public transport, you can be in central Rome in just over 40 minutes.
What we liked the most
- The studio is furnished with a sofa bed, making great use of space.
- The walls in the loft are decorated with some nice artwork, giving it a tranquil atmosphere.
- The property is located in a peaceful residential area where you can enjoy the peace and quiet.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no Wi-Fi installed in the property. You will have to set this up yourself after you move in.
- The property does not have a washing machine or a dryer.
