This is a cosy studio apartment outside of the city. It has a mezzanine area where you will find a loft-style double bed, which can be accessed by a ladder. Below the mezzanine is a sitting area, which doubles as a space to relax or for hosting a guest. You also have a dining table and chair where you can enjoy your meals, work or study. There is a window alongside the front door that can be opened to allow natural sunlight to come in and fill this space. The space is used well to maximize your living area.
This apartment is located right next to a huge regional park area. There is the Park dell'Inviolatella Borghese, which has a public swimming pool, the Roma Park & Country Club for those who enjoy golf, and the enormous Veio Regional Park. From this apartment, you are only a 10-minute walk from the hospital, near which you will find a couple of supermarkets where you can buy your groceries. In this area you will also find a beauty salon, a book store and several restaurants. You can reach both Vatican City and Central Rome by bus from this apartment.
