Spotahome's opinion
This is a wonderfully cozy studio apartment with a combined living room, kitchen, dining and sleeping area. It has lovely patterned tile flooring that adds character to the space. There is a balcony with a street view, which lets plenty of natural sunlight come into the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary to meet your cooking needs.
This apartment is in a nice location with several amenities within walking distance. It's right next to the large and green Parco Giordano Sangalli. There's a supermarket conveniently situated right next door to the building. There's even a fitness center just around the corner!
What we liked the most
- The balcony provides a nice outdoor space where you can enjoy the fresh air.
- The space is small but well organized to accommodate one or two people with ease.
- There's plenty of storage and shelving space throughout the living area.
Things to keep in mind
- This studio apartment only has a sofa bed.
- It's on the 4th floor and there is no elevator.
- There's a monthly limit for utility bills included in the price.
