This is a cozy 50 m² property with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and lots of natural light to help brighten the apartment. It has an bohemian feel to it with several unique paintings, mirrors and you will love the immaculate tile work in the private, en-suite bathroom. The cozy living room has seating space for three at the table with shelving overhead for plates and special wine glasses and it faces an adorable elephant print sofa. The kitchen is small but efficient and has the modern appliances you need as well as lots of cabinets for storage space.
Whether you are relaxing at home with a good book or an espresso or having a small dinner party, this apartment will certainly feel like your new cozy home away from home during your stay in Italy.
If you're looking to live in an area of Rome that contrasts both new and old architecture, San Giovanni is neighborhood of choice. Many locals live here and enjoy a quiet life but there are still many transport options and amenities around the area. It is mainly residential with several services around such as a music school, a library, an art gallery and a fitness center - all minutes from your doorstep.
