This is a lovely and cozy 50 m² property with 1 bedroom and an en-suite bathroom. It has an eclectic feel to it with several unique paintings, mirrors and you will love the immaculate tile work in the en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is small but efficient and has the modern appliances you need as well as lots of cabinets for storage space. The living room is small but inviting with a large window, a funky orange sofa and a flat screen TV where you can watch your favorite movie. But the best part of the apartment is a relaxation area above the living room where you can unwind after a long day or use the space as a guest room when you have visitors.
If you're looking to live in an area of Rome that contrasts both new and old architecture, San Giovanni is the place to be. Many locals live here and enjoy a peaceful and quiet life but there are still many transport options and amenities around the area. It is mainly residential with several services around such as a cultural center, a library, an art gallery and a fitness center - all minutes from your doorstep. For a nice cup of espresso or a cappuccino, visit a cozy little café called Proietti Orlandi Armanda right around the corner!
What we liked the most
- The apartment is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood with a local feel to it.
- It has an extra loft space with a sofa bed and coffee table which can be used to relax in or as an extra room for guests.
- There is a large en-suite bathroom which provides extra privacy.
- It has unique African style paintings decorating the walls.
