Spotahome's opinion
A cosy studio apartment is to rent in the Prati area of Rome. The space has been very well used, so there is plenty of room. There is a concealed kitchen corner, a double bed, a TV, an AC unit, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and bidet. The entrance is shared with the studio next door, and has a washing machine which you'll share with your neighbour.
Prati is a well-to-do area just behind the Vatican city. There are lots of bars and restaurants to choose from, and there is a Carrefour supermarket around the corner. Cipro metro station is a few minutes' walk away.
What we liked the most
- We like the well thought out decor, which makes excellent use of the space.
- There is double glazing to keep out noise.
- There's air conditioning. How nice!
- It's a quick walk to the nearest metro station.
Things to keep in mind
- You will share a washing machine with the studio next door.
