This apartment is located on the ground floor of a building which is not equipped with an elevator. WiFi is installed on the property and it is activated. There is a one-time fee of 30€ for cleaning upon arrival.

This sunny studio apartment is ideal for professionals and is located in the tranquil Mostacciano neighborhood, to the south of Rome. Ciampino Airport is 15 kilometres from the apartment and Rome's City Centre is approximately an hour away using public transport, or 30 minutes by car. This area is ideal for nature lovers and offers plenty to see and do, with two natural reserves within a short drive and the stunning wine producing region of Castelli Romani only 30 minutes away by car. The studio itself is a cozy 20 sqm, with a large double bed, flatscreen television and small refrigerator. Two double glass doors let in lots of light and lead out to the beautiful common patio, with gardens and a swimming pool. There is also a large wardrobe and full bathroom with a stall shower.
What we liked the most
- The building has a beautiful outdoor patio with access to the swimming pool and is surrounded by trees and plants.
- This apartment is very silent, and is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood.
- With air-conditioning and gas heaters, the apartment will be comfortable all year-round.
- Mostacciano is a great area for nature lovers, close to two nature reserves.
Things to keep in mind
- The washing machine is not inside the apartment, but located in a common laundry room.
- There is no kitchen, but there is a refrigerator.
