This apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has natural gas heating and natural gas water heating. You can dry your clothes on racks inside the apartment. Wi-Fi is installed and activated in the property. Parking space is available for extra 20€ a day and weekly changing of the bed linen can be provided for an additional 10€ per person.

This 100m2 apartment is perfect for those in love with art as the bedrooms for rent feature work of two influential Renaissance painters - Leonardo Da Vinci and Raffaello Sanzio. Alongside, vintage decorations can be found in the hallway as well as the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dining table and a sofa. You will be sharing the common areas with the live-in landlady and parking space is available for an extra cost. With a Termini Station just a 20 minute walk away and several bus stations available in the surrounding area, you will be well connected to other parts of the city.
