This shared 200 m² apartment in San Giovanni offers six renovated rooms for rent, all of them offering Wi-Fi, television, heating and air-conditioning. Three of the rooms have private bathrooms, and the rest will share use of a spacious and modern full bathroom. There is a selection of rooms available for rent with a range of bedding configurations. Some of them can accommodate up to four people, providing options for singles, couples, small families or friends travelling together. This interior apartment is located on Via Appia Nuova, one of the most important historical and commercial streets of Rome. Nearby attractions and landmarks include the Archaeological Park of Appia Antica, Ciampino Airport and the Capannelle racecourse, where you can enjoy a range of events and summer concerts. Rent includes all bills, cleaning, bed linen and towels, making these rooms a very convenient and stress-free option for you stay in Rome!
What we liked the most
- Each room in this shared apartment is equipped with every comfort, including a television, lockable doors, air-conditioning and heating.

- There is one shared bathroom and bedrooms 1, 4 and 5 have their own en-suite.
- All rooms have been recently renovated and are nicely decorated.
- The neighbourhood of San Giovanni is full of life, with numerous, bars, shops, restaurants and pizzerias frequented by locals, giving you the opportunity to enjoy a more authentic Roman experience.
- There is ample free street parking available and you can also access public transport nearby.
Things to keep in mind
- This apartment does not offer a kitchen or living area, but all bedrooms have a television and there is a microwave in the hallway you could use to prepare some snacks.
- There is no washing machine available, but you will find a laundromat nearby.
