This apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has central heating and natural gas water heating. Wi-Fi is installed and it is activated. Tenants will have to pay 3,50€ per person per day of city tax on top of the rent. Rent includes a cleaning service once a week.

This modern 110 sqm shared apartment offers four rooms with television and private bathroom for rent. All rooms are tastefully decorated, and equipped with Wi-Fi, central heating and air-conditioning. Tenants will share use of a common area offering a basic kitchen and dining table, providing the option to save money by preparing a quick meal or snack in the apartment. The apartment is interior, and located on Via Pallante, close to a large shopping centre, supermarkets, restaurants and beautiful Caffarella Park. This area is also very well connected to the city centre and other parts of Rome, with train station Roma Tuscolana a short walk away, and easy access to the metro and several bus lines going on all directions. One of the best features of this apartment is that rent includes utilities, a cleaning service, bed linen and towels, so you can relax and start enjoying Rome from the moment you arrive!

What we liked the most
- Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 share access to a lovely balcony equipped with outdoor furniture, ideal to enjoy a drink while taking in the city views.
- All rooms have their private bathrooms, so you will not have to wait in line to have a shower.
- The kitchen is basic but suitable to prepare a quick meal or snack, equipped with a microwave and an electric stove.
- This common room also features a dining table with some chairs and has a balcony.
- With a television in your room, you can watch the news or a movie from bed before you go to sleep.
- All rooms are suitable for couples, and bedroom 3 can accommodate up to three people.
- The apartment is close to public transport, including train station Roma Tuscolana.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no washing machine available, but you will find a laundromat nearby.
- City tax is not included, and will cost 3,50€ per person per day.
- Bedroom 3's private bathroom is located outside of the room, and all other rooms have en-suite bathrooms.
