This 140 sqm property comes equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, with an oven and refrigerator, a spacious and bright living room, two shared bathrooms, one with shower and bath facilities and the other with a shower, and a balcony overlooking the bustling streets of Rome. You will be living in the Portuense neighbourhood of Rome, close to the enchanting river Fiume Tevere, ideal for those that wish to relax in the evenings or at the weekends. You are also in close proximity to the Universita Rome TRA, perfect for students, and the Nuovo Teatro San Paolo, a wonderful space for those that enjoy the arts.
