This apartment is located on the seventh floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has central heating and natural gas water heating. You can dry your clothes on the balcony. Wi-Fi is installed and activated in the property. There is a cleaning service provided that occurs twice a week and includes fresh bed linen and towels.

Spotahome is proud to present a three bedroom, three bathroom apartment located on Via della Meloria, in the well known area of Cipro-Vatican Museum. Two bedrooms,which feature double beds, are available for rent and are fully equipped with any amenity one would need in order to have a comfortable stay while in romantic Rome. Each room is furnished with double beds and have their own private en-suite bathrooms. There is a balcony that can be accessed through the kitchen and allows an interior patio view. The kitchen, shared with the live-in landlady occupying the third bedroom, has everything one would need to create a delicious Italian meal, including a large refrigerator, oven and plenty of storage. This 80m2 shared apartment features air conditioning, as well as heating, ensuring comfort in any season of the year.
