The apartment is recently renovated and features two spacious bedrooms, sleek bathroom and a kitchen that has access to a balcony. As the apartment is located in the San Giovanni area, it is well connected to the rest of the city and there is never a lack of places to see, shops, restaurants and historical sites. The floor area of the flat is 70m2 and is available for female students. Wi-Fi is already installed and activated, great for students who want a move in ready home.
