This apartment is located on the third floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has natural gas heating and natural gas water heating. You can dry your clothes in a nearby launderette. Wi-Fi is installed and activated in the property.

Four spacious en-suite rooms are available for rent in a 4 bedroom bed and breakfast residence, located in Rome city centre. The residence consists of a shared, fully equipped kitchen with a large dining space, however, all rooms are equipped with private bathrooms and all necessary amenities to guarantee a safe and comfortable stay. Furthermore, the rent includes all utilities and bedding is changed every three days. As you will live in the city centre, you will be located nearby plenty of attractions, shops, cafes and restaurants, along with the beautiful Fiume Tevere, which is just a short walk away.
What we liked the most
- You will be living right in the heart of Rome, just minutes away from Pantheon and Trevi Fountain.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary amenities and opens to a large dining table.
- All rooms for rent are bright, fully furnished and equipped with private bathtubs featuring beautiful decorations.
- You will have access to plenty of storage due to large wardrobes in every room.
- Bedding and towels are changed every three days!
- All utilities are included in the rent, perfect for those on a budget.
