Spotahome presents a four bedroom apartment in the Trieste and Nomentano area, on Via Marangoni. All four bedrooms are available for rent and share two equipped bathrooms in the 180m2 flat. This apartment is great for professionals, students and couples and comes with every amenity one would need in order to have a comfortable stay while in Rome. The kitchen is furnished with a dishwasher, oven, nice refrigerator and plenty of space to cook a delicious Italian meal. The living room has a sofa bed and is quite spacious, great for spending time with flatmates or catching up on your favorite television shows on the flat screen. The balcony can be accessed through the living room or bedroom 1, yet another area great for relaxing.
What we liked the most
- Good news for your pets - this apartment is pet-friendly!
- The apartment is very close to the Torre di Babele | Italian Language School and Courses, wonderful for those wanting to learn Italian while in Rome.
- Wi-Fi is already installed and activated in the property.
- There is access to a balcony which allows for great first floor views of the surrounding area.
