This house is located on the ground floor of a building which is not equipped with an elevator. It has natural gas heating and natural gas water heating. You can dry your clothes on the balcony or in the garden. Wi-Fi is installed and activated in the property. Please note that the kitchen has bottled gas, charged separately from the utility bills already included in the rent. The tenant also has an option to not use the kitchen for 50€ less a month and a parking space is available for an extra 50€ a month. The tenants will be charged 35€ for council tax every three months. There is also a weekly charge for cleaning services, that costs 8€ per week.

Looking for spacious and couple friendly rooms with an AC in a fantastic bohemian house in Ponte Galeria? Ideally located on Via Lorenzo Allievi, this 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house is a fantastic choice for those who prefer to live close to Fiumicino – Leonardo da Vinci airport as well as the seaside, which is just a 20 minute train ride away. This 150m2 house consists of a living area with a balcony, a shared bathroom as well as two private bathrooms belonging to bedrooms 1 and 4, a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful outdoor area with plenty of greenery. All rooms for rent are furnished with AC units and all necessary amenities to guarantee a comfortable stay. As a bonus point, the nearby train station can take you into the city centre in just 20 minutes!
What we liked the most
- Bed linen will be provided for the tenants upon their arrival.
- The rooms for rent are suitable for couples!
- Electricity, water and Wi-Fi utilities are already included in the rent.
- We love the fantastic patio area with a dining table located in an enclosed space with large windows.
- All bedrooms are large and equipped with AC units, televisions and plenty of storage for all your belongings.
- This bohemian house is split into three storeys, measuring to 150m2.
- Fiumicino – Leonardo da Vinci airport is just a 20 minute train ride away!
Things to keep in mind
- Parking space is available for an extra price, perfect for those commuting with a car.
- The apartment has a shared bathroom, however, two of the bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom.
