This 80 sqm, three bedroom apartment offers two single and one twin room for rent. All rooms are fully furnished and have windows overlooking either the street or a courtyard. The exterior apartment offers two shared bathrooms and a combined kitchen and dining area, providing tenants with a common space to relax outside of their rooms and socialise with other flatmates. Other amenities provided include central heating and a washing machine. Wi-Fi is already installed and ready to use, allowing you to contact your loved ones back home form the moment your arrive. The apartment is located on Via Federico Guarducci, in the neighbourhood of Marconi, close to train station Roma Trastevere, bus lines, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, a movie theatre. Rome's historic town centre is approximately 4.5 km away, and you can get there in just over 20 minutes using public transport.
