This apartment is located on the sixth floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has central heating and natural gas water heating. You can dry your washing using a rack inside the apartment or in the balcony. Wi-Fi is installed and it is activated.
Spotahome's opinion
This well-equipped four bedroom apartment offers four fully-furnished bedrooms for rent. Each room comes with its own television, storage space, desk and lockable doors. This spacious 110 sqm apartment has a shared kitchen and dining area, opening out onto a small balcony. There is one shared bathroom, and one of the rooms has its own en-suite. Amenities provided include a washing machine, Wi-Fi, a dishwasher and central heating. The apartment is located on Via Francesco Sivori, in the neighbourhood of Prati, very close to the Vatican City. Access to metro line MEA is only three minutes away, and you can reach train station Valle Aurelia in eight minutes. A short walk will take you to Via Cipro, a main road offering a variety of services, shops, and food outlets. Rome's historic centre is 2.5km away, and you can travel into town in approximately 20 minutes using public transport.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is nicely presented, and has a beautiful selection of prints and photographs decorating the walls.
- Bedroom 3 has a balcony overlooking the street, and Bedroom 4 has a fully enclose balcony with courtyard views.
- Bedrooms 1 and 2 have large windows.
- The apartment has central heating and Bedroom 2 and 3 have air-conditioning units.
- Each room has its own television and an independent key to secure your belongings.
- The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with a gas stove, oven, a range of kitchen utensils, dinnerware and a refrigerator with a freezer.
- You will also find a dining table where you can share a meal with your flatmates, and a dishwasher to help you clean out after dinner.
- There is a small interior balcony adjoining the kitchen where you will find the washing machine and a sink.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedrooms 2 and 3 are exterior and face Via Francesco Sivori, but they have double-glazed windows, so you do not have to worry about street noise.
- There is only one shared bathroom, but Bedroom 4 has its own en-suite.
- Bedrooms 1 to 4 are furnished with double beds, but can only accommodate one person.
