Four ensuite bedrooms are available for rent in a spacious 4 bedroom 4 bathroom exterior apartment, located on via Proba Petronia in the calm neighborhood of Prati. The apartment is fully furnished, consisting of a large living and kitchen space where you will find all necessary amenities - from sofas to cupboards and a dishwasher, along with a balcony with exterior views. Each bedroom is equipped with a private bathroom, allowing the tenant to have all needed privacy and all utility bills are included in the rent. The 140m2 apartment is right next to a train station, enabling easy access to the city centre.
What we liked the most

- The apartment is just around the corner from the train station.
- The apartment is very large, featuring a spacious living area, which is joined with the kitchen.
- Balconies can be found in the living area as well as bedroom 2 and 4.
