The property benefits from having a spacious living room with a dining area and plenty of storage units, triple beds in bedroom 2 and a balcony in the fully equipped kitchen as well as bedroom 1. We love the decorations and paintings featured throughout this stylish apartment and the modern and beautifully tiled bathroom, equipped with a shower. The washing machine is located in the laundry room, where you can also find an extra toilet and a sink.
The 85 m² apartment is located on Via Ludovica Albertoni in the area of Monteverde, next to Villa Doria Pamphili, one of the most beautiful parks in Rome - and you will be able to reach San Pietro and the city centre in just 30 minutes.

- We absolutely love the spacious living room - the black furniture gives it a sophisticated atmosphere.
- The living room also has a dining space and plenty of storage units, along with a desk where you can work or study.

- Bedroom 1 has a large double bed, a balcony and a fantastic large wardrobe with beautiful exterior.
- The apartment is right next to the beautiful Villa Doria Pamphili park and a 30-minute drive to Termini station.
