This quiet, interior 80m2 apartment is ideal for those in need of an easy access to Rome city centre. You will be situated on via Luigi Lucatelli, in the lively district of Tiburtina. The apartment consists of 4 bedrooms - three rooms are available for rent and one is occupied by the landlord. All rooms are fully furnished, featuring everything you might need to have a comfortable stay in Rome. Alongside, you will have access to a shared bathroom with a shower and all necessary equipment in the kitchen - cooking has never been easier. With a shopping centre and plenty of metro stations nearby, you will have everything you need just a couple of minutes outside your door.

- The apartment is very quiet, offering plenty of sunlight in all rooms.
- The bathroom features a large shower a washing machine, some storage for you toiletries, a large mirror and a heating rack for your towels.
