This five bedroom, two bathroom exterior apartment has five rooms for rent, with options for both single occupants and couples. All rooms are fully furnished, featuring either large single or double beds, desks and wardrobes. Each room also has a window and an independent key. This 140 m² apartment offers two common rooms; a dining/living room and a fully equipped kitchen where tenants will find all they need to prepare their meals. Amenities provided include Wi-Fi, gas heating, a washing machine, and a television.
The apartment is located on Viale Jonio, in Monte Sacro, a pleasant and tranquil Roman neighbourhood offering shops, supermarkets, food outlets and green spaces. The area also has good public transport connections, with several bus lines going on all directions stopping nearby.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has been recently renovated and has a shared balcony.
- The living area is bright and welcoming, furnished with a dining table, a sofa and a television.
- The comfortable kitchen comes with all you need to cook, including plates, pots, pans and other accessories.
- Appliances provided include an oven, an electric grill, a stove and a refrigerator, and there is also a practical double sink.
- Tenants will share access to a washing machine, and can use a rack outside in the balcony to dry their clothes.
- Bedrooms 1, 2 and 5 can be rented by couples, and rooms 3 and 4 have comfortable large single beds, accommodating one person.
- There are two shared bathrooms, one of them equipped with a bathtub.
Things to keep in mind
- Utilities are not included in the rent, and will have to be paid by the tenants.
- The apartment is away from Rome's City Centre, but close to public transport.
